All content available on the portal—including text, images, designs, logos, data, and documents—is the intellectual property of the Darin and Tarout Island Development Foundation or its licensors and is protected by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Reuse

Content from the portal may be quoted for non-commercial purposes, provided that the full source is acknowledged as follows: “Darin and Tarout Island Development Foundation — Electronic Portal.”

Data published on the Open Data page is subject to the Open Data License and may be reused in accordance with the terms of the license, provided that the source is acknowledged.

Media Use

Materials published in the Media Center may be used for journalistic and media coverage purposes, provided that the source is acknowledged. Commercial use requires prior written permission from the Corporate Communications Department.

Trademarks and Logos

The Foundation's logo and visual identity elements are protected trademarks. They may not be used, modified, recolored, or imitated in a manner that suggests an official affiliation or relationship that does not exist.
